Filing a Claim

1. Contact our agency or your insurance company directly to report the incident.
2. Make temporary repairs and begin the cleanup process if applicable.
3. Make a list of damaged items, taking photos or video if applicable.
4. DO NOT discard any damaged items until an adjuster has surveyed it.

We are here to guide and assist you during the claims process.

You can either contact the insurance company directly to file your claim or call our office at 504-828-0400 for assistance in reporting your claim. In the event our office is closed, either call us the next business morning or email us at claims@hkelleher.com. Reporting your claim directly to the carrier can help to expedite handling of your claim.
